"What did I do all day?" How I survive the AuDHD time vortex

Earlier I talked about how scrutiny in the office ended up being death by a thousand cuts for me. Some afternoons I still catch myself asking, "What did I even do all day?"
I have autism and ADHD. Seems like people want to believe neurodivergence is either a disease or a superpower, with no in-between. To me it's just neurocognitive left-handedness. Many essential tasks in life are designed for "right-handed" brains, but there are a handful of left-handed ones that flow naturally for me.
For example, I can write for a dozen hours in one sitting! The advanced art of locking in, as the kids say. On the other hand, I mean that very literally; I can sit for twelve hours straight and block all other needs and responsibilities out of my head. Food? Bathroom? Sleep? My job? Who even are they? I have important writing to do!
So, my left-handed brain requires a little bit of help balancing productivity and executive functioning. One of my most crucial tools right now to make sure I do things like eat and shower is time blocking.
